Worlanyo Kwasi Ahiaxornu is a dynamic researcher and economist who is passionate about evidence-based policy, possesses strong analytical abilities, and demonstrates growing expertise in applied econometrics.

Worlanyo is a proficient economist who translates data from public, financial, and international sources into intelligible and practical ideas. He leads methodology and research at EM Advisory, develops economic models to support client strategies, and works closely with consultants and leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.

Worlanyo contributes technical expertise in analytical software, including R, Stata, and EViews, along with real-world experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. He is currently completing an MPhil in Economics at the University of Ghana, where he previously earned a BA in Economics and Statistics and served as a graduate teaching and research assistant.

John is the Worldwide Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Finovate, where he oversees global strategy and operations while preserving Bain’s renowned culture. With over 20 years at the firm, John has advised global CEOs and is a recognized expert in deal advisory and value creation for portfolio companies.

He has a strong background in private equity, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and consumer products. John is also involved in sustainability initiatives and serves on the Board of Directors of Cancer, a non-profit focused on fighting pediatric cancer. He holds master’s degrees in civil engineering and multilingual business communication from the University of Ghent and is based in New York.
