Lukman Mbalam Abdul-Rahaman is a result-oriented IT and Digital Management expert with 9 years of experience in developing and managing secure, scalable applications and IT systems. His expertise in software engineering, systems architecture, data security, and strategic IT systems management is evident from the internal systems he developed during his time at Ghana’s National Identification Authority (NIA), where he served as a Software Engineer and later as the Unit Head of Multimedia and Digital Management.

He has also worked with NGOs, as well as private and public sector organizations to design and implement industry-standard IT solutions that improved operational effectiveness and efficiency. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

At EM Advisory, Lukman is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the firm's information technology infrastructure and initiatives. He also helps clients leverage the right IT solutions to improve efficiency, maximize revenue in emerging markets, and remain competitive while complying with regulatory policies and data protection guidelines.
